นโยบายการรับประกันสินค้า

สินค้าที่ซื้อจากเว็บไซต์ Sabina มีการรับประกันความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการใช้งานปกติเป็นเวลา 7-15 วันทำการ

ขณะได้รับพัสดุสินค้า โปรดถ่ายวีดีโอคลิปการเปิดกล่องพัสดุไว้

เพื่อใช้เป็นหลักฐานในกรณีต้องการเคลมสินค้าในกรณีสินค้าเกิดความเสียหาย ต้องการส่งซ่อมหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้าใหม่

เมื่อบริษัทฯ ได้รับสินค้าที่เสียหายแล้ว บริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการดังนี้

1. ส่งสินค้าไปยังหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อทำการตรวจหาสาเหตุ และซ่อมแซมสินค้า

2. กรณีที่ไม่สามารถซ่อมแซมสินค้าได้ และสาเหตุเกิดจากตัวสินค้าเอง

บริษัทฯจะทำการเปลี่ยนสินค้าชิ้นใหม่ในรุ่นและราคาเดียวกัน ให้ทันที

3. กรณีที่สินค้าเดิมไม่มีแล้ว บริษัทฯ จะนำเสนอสินค้าอื่นที่มีคุณสมบัติใกล้เคียงหรือดีกว่า

ทั้งนี้อาจมีค่าส่วนต่างของสินค้าที่เพิ่มขึ้น ซึ่งบริษัทฯจะแจ้งให้ท่านทราบก่อนการเปลี่ยนสินค้าทุกครั้ง


สินค้าที่อยู่ในเงื่อนไขของการเปลี่ยนสินค้า

1. สินค้าอยู่ในสภาพเดิม สมบูรณ์ พร้อมป้าย (สภาพเดิมที่วางจำหน่าย)

2. ระยะเวลาหลังจากได้รับสินค้า 7-15 วันทำการ

3. มีใบเสร็จ/ใบกำกับครบถ้วน

4. เปลี่ยนสินค้าในราคาน้อยกว่าจะไม่คืนส่วนต่าง แต่หากราคาสูงกว่าชำระเงินส่วนต่างเพิ่มเติมโปรดตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ของคุณตรงตามเกณฑ์เหล่านี้เมื่อ

สินค้าที่ไม่อยู่ในเงื่อนไขของการเปลี่ยนสินค้า

1. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธการรับเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าที่เป็นประเภทกางเกงชั้นใน และ หน้ากาก เพื่อสุขอนามัยที่ดี

2. สินค้าที่สวมใส่แล้วหรือไม่อยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ (สภาพเดิมที่วางจำหน่าย) ทางบริษัทฯ

ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าทุกกรณี

3. สินค้าที่ตัดป้าย ผ่านการซัก ไม่สามารถขอเปลี่ยน และ/หรือ คืนสินค้าได้

4. สินค้าที่ขาดชิ้นส่วนหรืออุปกรณ์ที่สำคัญ เช่น ป้ายราคา และบรรจุภัณฑ์

หรือสินค้าที่ได้รับความเสียหายไม่สามารถขอเปลี่ยนและ/หรือคืนสินค้า


บริการหลังการขาย

บริษัทฯ มีบริการปรับแก้ไขสินค้าสำหรับลูกค้าที่มีสรีระพิเศษ หรือปรับแก้ไขสินค้าเพิ่มเติมต่างๆ เช่น

การเย็บถุงหน้าเต้า การตัดลําตัว และการต่อตะขอ เป็นต้น
