Warranty Policy
Products purchased directly from the Sabina website are covered by a warranty against damage resulting from normal usage for a period of 7-15 business days from the date of product receipt.

Warranty Resolution Process:
Upon receiving a damaged product and confirming that the damage occurred due to normal usage, Sabina will proceed as follows:
- Investigation and Repair: The product will be sent to the relevant department for a thorough investigation into the cause of damage and for necessary repairs.
- Replacement: In cases where the product cannot be repaired due to reasons attributed to the company's own product, Sabina will provide a replacement product of the same model and at the same price.
- Product Discontinuation: If the original product is no longer in stock. Sabina will offer alternative products with similar or superior features. You may be required to pay the price difference for the upgraded product. The company will inform you of this cost prior to proceeding with the replacement.
Eligibility for Replacement:
To qualify for a product replacement, the following conditions must be met:
- Original Condition: The product must remain in its original condition, complete with all original tags and labels as initially supplied.
- Timely Request: Replacement requests must be submitted within 7-15 business days from the date of product receipt.
- Receipt or Invoice: A valid receipt or invoice must accompany the product being returned for replacement.
- Price Difference: For replacement products with a lower price, the price difference will not be refunded. However, if the replacement product has a higher price, you will be required to pay the additional amount.
Please ensure that your product satisfies these criteria when seeking a replacement.
Ineligible Products for Replacement:
The following categories of products are not eligible for replacement:
- Hygiene Considerations: Briefs and face masks cannot be returned for replacement or refund due to hygiene reasons, and the company reserves the right to refuse such returns.
- Non-Original Condition: Products that have been worn or are not in their original condition, as initially supplied, are not eligible for replacement under any circumstances.
- Removed Tags or Washed Products: Items with removed tags or that have undergone washing are not eligible for replacement or return.
- Missing Parts or Damaged Products: Products missing essential parts or accessories, including price tags and packaging, or products that have been damaged, cannot be requested for replacement or return.
